The Crombie Lockwood Group dates back to 1978 when Colin Crombie started an insurance broking business with a single office in Napier. Crombie Lockwood has grown to be one of New Zealand's largest insurance brokers and is now owned by Gallagher, one of the largest risk management and insurance broking companies in the world.
Since our founding, we have expanded operations through organic growth and a wide range of strategic acquisitions. The inclusion of proven, client-focused teams with company cultures that are a good fit with Crombie Lockwood has grown our nationwide footprint.
